I needed a prescription which Dr Di Giacomantonio sent by whatsapp and email within ten minutes of our consultation. He was also available to call if necessary when I went to the pharmacy, but this wasn’t needed as the prescription was filled without any problems.

Really useful, immediate and urgent fix of my health problem. I got an appointment with Dr Giacomantonio in half an hour and in 45 minutes I was out of the pharmacy with what I needed and my problem was on the mend. I didn't have a particularly difficult situation, so the consultation cost the most I've ever spent on 7 minutes, HOWEVER I got my problem solved without hassle and for that I would say it was definitely worth it. Lovely service and admin, I'm really grateful for it.

Great thank you. Dr Giacomantoni called me direct as my camera wasn't working, so I was very happy with that.
He was courteous and asked lots of questions. He gave me two repeat scripts and I was able to easily get them filled..
He asked me to ring him tomorrow, and said I can ring him if I need.

I had a pleasant experience. I liked that he can speak English. I work on the ship so Italian is not my language, he suggested a follow up and to continue with prescription without a fee which doctors don't usually offer. He offered his personal number and email address. It's very comforting knowing that you have someone who cares about your health. Offering his hand through the journey even if you not at his practice. So that's caring and going an extra mile. Thank you doctor
